Age Verification is not letting me into the store, even though I am over 21. Why?

To make sure that underage people are not able to purchase vaping products, we've switched to an new age verification system that makes sure that all customers are over 21.

However, the system could have misinformation that might cause it to block people it shouldn't (assuming you have submitted correct information). Common reasons are include:

  • a change of name (such as from marriage or divorce) - try your "old" name
  • a new address - try your "old" address
  • wrong address - always use your home address (you can always add a different shipping address to your account)

Why won't the coupon code work on my order?

We do everything we can to ensure Mistic and HAUS is the best vaping value for you. One way is by offering many coupon code options. But many of these codes are only usable under certain conditions. If you are having trouble, check these common reasons first:

  • has the code expired?
  • do you have the specific product in your cart that the code works with?
  • are you trying to use more than one coupon at the same time?
  • did you type in the code correctly?

When will my order arrive?

Generally, your order will go out the day after you place it (unless it is placed on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend). Shipping times can vary, and Economy (free) shipping can take over 7 business days because of US Postal Service cuts.

What is the Mistic/HAUS Warranty?

We guarantee Mistic/HAUS brand rechargeable batteries and chargers against defects in workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, opened or used cartridges, tanks, or liquids are consumable items and as such are not subjected to the same warranty procedures.
