When will my order arrive?

Generally your order will go out the day after you place it (unless it is placed on the weekend). Shipping times can vary - Economy (free) shipping can take over seven business days because of US Postal Service cuts.

What is the Mistic/HAUS Warranty?

We guarantee Mistic/HAUS brand rechargeable batteries and chargers against defects in workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, opened or used cartridges, tanks, or liquids are consumable items and as such are not subjected to the same warranty procedures.

Age Verification is not letting me into the store even though I am over 18. Why? 

Our age verification system helps guarantee that no children are able to order Mistic or HAUS. But because it errs on the side of safety, there are times when it might block people it shouldn't. If you feel it has done this to you, please call us at 1-855-282-3700 (M-F 9:00-5:00 Eastern).
