Generally your order will go out the day after you place it (unless it is placed on the weekend). Shipping times can vary - Economy (free) shipping can take over seven business days because of US Postal Service cuts.

We guarantee Mistic/HAUS brand rechargeable batteries and chargers against defects in workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, opened or used cartridges, tanks, or liquids are consumable items and as such are not subjected to the same warranty procedures.
